CrossFit

Monday mornings are hard enough to get up and go to work on, but try going to a CrossFit class before work. CrossFit is an intense 20-min workout with many varied skills and is always a challenge. Kelly & I have been going for 7 weeks now and I can tell that I have improved, but as you keep pushing yourself, it does not get any easier. Still, I can't imagine not going... I always feel so good afterwards even if I can't walk or lift my arms.
